Uzbekistan signs $12 billion US business package and Artemis Accords
During Secretary of State Rubio's visit to Samarkand with a business delegation of nearly 300, Uzbekistan advanced a $12bn package covering railways, critical minerals, finance and technology. A C5+1 meeting backed closer transport and industrial cooperation, and Uzbekistan became the 77th signatory of NASA's Artemis Accords.
