IAEA says nuclear power could more than triple by 2060
The International Atomic Energy Agency said global nuclear power capacity could more than triple by 2060. Director General Rafael Grossi cited electrification and AI data centers. He also pointed to tech companies' demand for reliable, carbon-free power. Grossi separately called for inspectors to return quickly to Iran.
